Mou Project

Per il ciclo "La dub del sabato sera", ecco a voi un intero ep dei Mou Project, formazione avellinese vincitrice dell'Arezzo Wave 2002. Liberamente scaricabile all'indirizzo http://www.aquietbump.com/, il ###NTAIN VIBES EP è composto da 6 tracce (3 delle quali le trovate anche sulla loro pagina MySpace) fra cui segnalo Radio Gap Dub, che riprende la registrazione dell'incursione della polizia alla sede di Radio Gap, durante i movimentati giorni del G8 di Genova, remixata in salsa drum&bass. L'uso di eco per sottolineare i passaggi più drammatici di quei momenti rende la registrazione ancora più incisiva...: Sarà complicato arrivare alla fine della canzone per chiunque abbia esperienza diretta di quei giorni!

O almeno... per me è stato complicato!

Free download from http://www.aquietbump.com/, the### NTAIN VIBES EP had 6 tracks (three of which you will find on their MySpace page) among which I flag Radio Gap Dub, that takes the recording of the raid at Radio Gap, during the dramatic days of the G8 in Genova, Italy, remixed in salsa drum&bass. The use of the echo to underline dramatic passages makes the recording more incisive...: it will be hard for people who have had direct experience of those days to get to the end of the song!
